LIVE BREAKS

A live break lets collectors share a sealed card opening. You buy a spot with clearly defined criteria, such as a team, then watch the products being opened on camera. Cards are allocated according to those criteria and the listing’s rules. You can take part without buying an entire box yourself.

Open our Whatnot profile, enter a show and read the break listing and Show Notes. Check the products, spot format and shipping details before bidding or buying. Purchases for our Whatnot breaks are completed on Whatnot. If anything is unclear, ask us in the live chat first.

You purchase a spot and receive a team through the show’s random assignment process. Your assigned team determines which eligible cards belong to you. Check the spot list: some entries may cover more than one team.

With PYT, you select the specific team or spot you want from those still available. Prices can differ between teams. Read the checklist and spot description before choosing, then follow your team’s cards as the break unfolds.

A mixer combines several boxes, which may feature different releases or seasons. A case break opens a complete sealed case of one product. The listing identifies the exact products included.

A personal is an opening for one buyer, rather than a shared team break. If personals are offered in a show, ask the host about the available products and queue before purchasing.

A combo groups several teams or categories into one spot. A serial-number format assigns eligible cards using their printed numbering. If either format is offered, the listing explains exactly what your spot includes and how exceptions are handled.

You receive the cards allocated to your spot under the published break rules. Our standard group-break format does not ship base cards unless the listing states otherwise. Check the Show Notes for the definition of base cards and for rules covering multi-team cards, redemptions or cards without a clear team. Ask the host before buying if an assignment is unclear.

A particular player, autograph, rare card or card value is never guaranteed. Frikandeal follows a never empty envelope approach: if your spot produces no eligible cards, we include a consolation card or pack. Every break purchase receives at least one card; the consolation does not promise a particular player or value.

The sealed products stay unopened while spots remain unsold. If the break cannot proceed, contact us through your Whatnot order. We handle cancellation and refund requests for unfilled breaks through Whatnot, in line with its card break rules.

Message us on Whatnot with your order number and the show date. We can help you identify the relevant opening and check whether a replay is available.

Our team sorts the cards and packs them with suitable protection. We aim to dispatch within two business days, subject to any bundling arrangement shown on your order. Check your Whatnot purchase for shipping charges, order status and tracking updates. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.
